Mechanical Engineering Intern

• Took on product lead responsibilities including scheduling, organizing, and carrying out out new product builds and reacting to product changes and issues.
• Worked on continuous improvement for assembly lines. Some projects include adding a color sensor to detect failures, designing and 3D printing discharge cup holders, and designing brackets to change feeding system angles.
• Designed SPI test fixtures  to mount PCBs for several products.
• Conducted strain testing on new products and assembly lines to validate processes.
• Created data analysis program with python to analyze temperature profiles inside environmental stress testing equipment.
• Created automatic build scheduling application with C# to allow users to enter parameters such as product name, quantity, desired overhead and generate a timeline of important build events.
